  • Intake and treatment process
Sessions with me are by appointment only. Before arriving for treatment, I will ask you to fill out an admission form. Please try to arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to decompress before your session. The first session will start with a short conversation, allowing time to go over medical history and more details that may arise from the initial intake form. The hands-on treatment is done lying down on a treatment bed (in cases where lying down on the bed is not possible or comfortable enough, it is possible to be treated sitting down), fully clothed, so it is advisable to come in comfortable clothing. At the beginning of the treatment, I will usually touch the ankles or the feet and then I will negotiate touch in the pelvic area, head and other places that may require direct contact. During the treatment, in the various holds, I will pay attention to the subtle movements of the body and the rhythm regulation of the craniosacral system. During the treatment, people may experience different sensations that can be appreciated as expressions of health and be explored during the session.
